Discover 6 handpicked Christmas gifts from Wimbledon based businesses

Tired of the same old, same old when it comes to shopping? Wimbledon's got your back. Sure, we're famous for the tennis, but we are packed with more than just championship matches.

Wimbledon boasts a thriving community of talented artisans and small businesses. From handcrafted jewellery, like my own, to bespoke home decor and gourmet food, you'll find a delightful array of treasures waiting to be discovered.

If you are looking to treat someone to something locally made this Christmas, ditch the chain stores and dive into the local Wimbledon scene.

As a 20 year proud Wimbledon resident and jewellery designer, I have carefully curated a list of my favourite gifts that are “Made in Wimbledon”. Enjoy!

Refillable Pott candle in rustic ceramic lit

Refillable ceramic candle by Pott Candles

1.- A refillable ceramic candle by Pott Candles.

What is are they?

Refillable candles. Did you know in the UK, we burn a staggering 360 million candles annually, generating a mountain of empty pots. Pott Candles offer a sustainable solution with beautiful, refillable options.

Full disclosure: While not entirely Wimbledon-made, many of their stunning ceramic holders are hand-thrown by local artisans.

Why I think it makes a great Christmas gift?

I know many people think that giving a candle is a safe gift, but these would make quite a thoughtful and special gift for your eco-warrior friend.

My favourite is the orangery scent, with orange blossom, basil and cedar wood. I just love anything citrusy.
